Colors from Nature

# Design
Good design doesn’t date. Designs and art forms are always been central to me.
# Graduated
Graduated from LS Raheja school of architecture and interior design in 1992, a journey spanning 3 decades of professional services.

Basically, we shape the premise, and eventually the space within, shapes us, keeping three eternal space design elements in line, i.e. harmony, rhythm and balance.

# Hobbies
Writing, reading, sketching, stone collection, coin collections, astronomy, photography, travelling, voice over etc…
# Travel
Idea and urge to collect stones happened in college days, say around the 80’s, once started roaming around the places, especially historical ones.
# Stones Collection
Holding a stone in my hand is like having a piece of history in ur palms !! Ordinary stones having extraordinary tales. Each one of them is different and unique, having individual character, weight, scars and story imbibed.
#Wall of fame
Sketching  even ranges since school days. Offering self made cards to friends was a routine joy. I do own a “wall of fame” at my residence with such memorabilia.
# Astronomy
Talks with celestial bodies.Unexplainable experience. Beyond words and language of silence.
# Photography
Photography, especially black and white, excites me. It’s not colourless, its beyond and ageless. It all started since college days again around ’80s,with a common film camera, then.
Nature photography is favourite subject. The same place n angle shows vividness if snapped in different season and time. Absolute delight to refer the oldies, time to time.
Photography even adds to your imagination prowess, while designing and visualising interior themes. How to highlight the focal point of the entire design, colours and hues to address the elements and so.
# My english haiku
Writing is a holy practice. If you want to write, you have to read. Penning down the thoughts and emotions, again from the college days, is like documentation of the same. The ink became more lucid since 2010, when my daughter was trapped at kinnaur- spiti region.
I found a new me, did what all a father can do and beyond, rescued her in CM’s personal chopper. The article written on the same incident, won the best amongst 397 other entries, and grabbed a prize cheque of 51k.
Something sincerely and literally out of the world. My english haiku was selected, engraved on a real gold disk, installed in a spaceship called MAVEN, and is lying on the earth of planet Mars ! M felicitated by NASA for the same with a certificate.
# Gujarati Haiku Poems

Discover the language of ageless style.
